Lightweight Rower Rule#01: Eat Less, Exercise More

In the sport of rowing, female rowers have to be 59kg and below to compete in the lightweight category. It is definitely hard for my 1.73m frame to be weighing as low as 59kg, considering the muscles that I have to build,
but it is possible.
I hope to share with the world my journey in shedding these extra pounds for my sport. (And also for the benefit of my future self in the event that I need motivation to lose weight if in any case I gain a hundred kilos,
which I hope I wont).
Athletes might not be the healthiest people around, especially not lightweight rowers,
But lightweight rowers are definitely amazing. That's what I wanna be. Light. But fkn strong.
